Cooking Instructions: Soak measured rice in water for about 1 hour before cooking, then rinse and drain. Place one cup of rice (200g) and two cups of water in saucepan. Add a pinch of salt to taste. Bring to a vigorous boil for 7-8 minutes then drain the water. Cover the rice and let it simmer at low heat for another 2-3 minutes. Then remove from heat. Fluff with fork and serve.
