Sweet Corn Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
Sweet corn 50 gm
French Beans 15 gm (finely chopped)
Cabbage 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Capsicum 1 tbsp (finely chopped)

Direction
1. Mix entire pack of soup mix to 1 cup (150 ml) of water and keep aside.
2. Take 4 cups (600 ml) of water in a pan.
3. Add finely chopped vegetables and sweet corn (part quantity crushed and remaining whole) and cook for 7-8 minutes.
4. Add soup mix paste, stir well and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
5. Serve hot with soya sauce and green chilli sauce.
