Ingredients: Sugar, Rice, Pistachio, Corn starch, Cardamom, Dioxide (E551), Artificial flavor, Permitted food color (FD&C Yellow No 5, FD&C Blue No. 1).
Method Of Cooking:
Boil one litre milk on medium flame.
Slowly add one packet of national pistachio kheer mix to it.
Cook on medium flame with continuous stirring for 15-20 minutes or till kheer becomes thick.
Pour in a serving bowl. Allow to cool & serve cold.
