Ingredients: Milk solids, Sugar, Cardamom powder, Acidifying agent, Tartaric acid and citric acid.
Step 1. Empty the contents of this pack into a karahi/deep fry pan. Add 20ml (6 1/2 fl.oz) lukewarm milk and 2 teaspoons pure ghee. Blend well.
Step 2. Cook on low flame. Stirring continuously for about 10 minutes till the mixture thickness and does not stirck to the side of the karahi/deep fry pan.
Step 3. Pour and set in a small tray with approx. 4 inches in length, 4 inches wide & 1 1/2 inches height, lightly greased with oil or ghee. Kalakand will set in approx. 30 minutes at room temperature.
Tip: Garnish with sliced almonds & pistachio nuts. Cut into square pieces of preferred size to serve.
